Getting started with Emails
Bizline allows you to easily empty your inbox by forwarding emails to Bizaline. This process empowers users to manage their emails within the tool’s interface.
Upon forwarding an email, users gain access to a variety of actions, including:
- Creating tasks or issues directly from the email content.
- Attaching the email as a document within a meeting.
- Attaching the email as a document within a project.
- Attaching the email as a document within a specific task.
- Copying the email to a project folder, ensuring easy access and organization.
Once a relationship is established with a particular email, users will find this connection readily visible when accessing the email. This visibility includes the identified relations and provides convenient options to navigate to the associated components within the tool.
How to forward emails into Bizaline:
- Navigate to the left menu on the company icon and select the email tile to access the email’s details within Bizaline.
- Copy the email address from Bizaline, open the adequate email and click forward, paste the email address into “to” and send
Once every 5 minutes the email section will be updated with newly forwarded emails.
