General improvements
Integration with Microsoft and Google
Besides Single Sign-on (SSO) with Microsoft and Google, we now have added further options for integrating your work. Both MyContractmanager and OGSM Software offer seamless task synchronization with “Microsoft To Do” and “Google Tasks”, allowing you to manage your tasks directly in your tool of choice. The integration ensures that changes or responses related to tasks are automatically updated in MyContractmanager, OGSM Software and your Microsoft or Google application. Embedded instruction videos & tips
You can now access specific instructional videos for each element in the OGSM model — Objectives (O), Goals (G), Strategies (S), and Measures (M). These videos are accessible by clicking on the O, the G the S or the M symbols.
- Video Linkage: Each symbol contains a video explaining the concept or providing instructions for that part of the OGSM model:
- O (Objectives): Video explaining the concept of Objectives and their role in OGSM.
- G (Goals): Video detailing how to set effective goals within OGSM.
- S (Strategies): Video explaining the formulation and purpose of Strategies.
- M (Measures): Video focusing on defining Measures and tracking progress.
More options to filter your information
You can now quickly locate and organize actions and steps by date and status, improving efficiency in tracking progress.
In the latest OGSM update, we’ve introduced three new filters to enhance task and step management. These filters allow you to quickly locate and organize actions and steps by date and status, improving efficiency in tracking progress. Here are the details:
- Action and Step Filter: Now includes options to filter steps by date, with “This Week” and “Previous Week” filters, allowing you to view recent and past steps at a glance.
- Date and Status Filter: You can now filter steps and tasks based on specific date ranges and status categories, such as “Completed,” “In Progress,” and “Pending,” for more targeted management.
- Action Filter: Provides a focused view of actions with “This Week” and “Last Week” options, helping you quickly assess recent and upcoming action items.
Status update improvements
In the OGSM, we’ve added a new feature that allows you to change the status of sub-actions. With this feature, you can easily manage the status of sub-actions within the OGSM framework, ensuring better control and visibility over the progress of smaller, detailed tasks within each action.

Requirements - statuses across multiple workspaces
Do you have multiple workspaces? You can now easily track the status of your requirements across all your workspaces in one convenient overview via your Requirement Analytics tile. This tile displays multiple pie charts, one for each workspace you use. This allows you to quickly prioritize, work more efficiently, and proactively address any obstacles, ensuring you don’t overlook important deadlines or requirements.
Requirement - performance as Pie/bar charts
In your requirement tile you find both bar and pie charts. These visualizations provide a clear view of key requirement data, making it easier to analyze and track progress. The charts help you quickly assess trends and metrics related to the requirements.
Requirement tile - easily attach links
You can now view attached links directly within the Requirement Tile. This feature provides quick access to relevant resources, documents, or external references associated with specific requirements, improving efficiency and organization within the platform.
Multi-contractmanagement: Contracts tree structure.
Contracts will now be displayed in a tree structure within the Contract Life Cycle Management module. This hierarchical view allows you to easily navigate and manage contracts by visually organizing related elements, making it simpler to track contract details and their associated stages throughout the lifecycle.
Meetings - Documents easily accessible via a link
You can now add links directly within meetings and meeting agendas. This feature allows easy access to relevant documents, resources, or external references during meetings, making it simpler for you to follow along and access essential information. The addition enhances organization and collaboration, ensuring all meeting materials are readily available.
Meetings - Link decisions to agenda items
You can now connect key decisions to specific agenda items, this provides visibility into decisions made across various meetings. This ensures better clarity for you, especially when reflecting on meetings from weeks ago.
Meetings - Create your next meeting directly from the meeting menu
Now you can generate a series of meetings and create the next meeting directly from the meeting menu. This feature streamlines meeting scheduling by enabling you to set up recurring meetings in one step and quickly create follow-up meetings.
OGSM overview tile in MyContractmanager
We’ve introduced a new OGSM Overview Tile in MyContractmanager, providing you with a quick view of key OGSM details. The tile displays essential information, including:
- Owner: Identifies the person responsible for the OGSM.
- OGSM Name: Shows the title of the OGSM.
- OGSM Status: Displays the current status (e.g., Active, Pending).
- Filters: Allows you to filter by Owner, all, me
Additionally, a Pie Chart is included in the tile, offering a visual breakdown of the OGSM’s progress and key metrics.
Manuals for each tile providing guidance.
You now have the ability to open the manual for each tile within the software. This feature allows you to easily access detailed guidance and instructions specific to each tile, helping them better understand the functionality and maximize the use of the platform. Just click the blue icon on the top right of the tile.
